Who am I?
Hi, I’m Jen.
I’m in my thirties, bit of a geek, I have a dog that I love more than anything and I really want to normalise talking about mental health and invisible illnesses.
I wanted a safe space to talk about all the random nonsense that goes on in my brain, the ups and downs in my life, and also to do something new by putting myself out there.
If anything I say happens to strike a chord, and helps even one person realise they are not alone, that there are people out there that understand how it feels.. then that’s great.
I have a page dedicated to helplines and support material. Please use it if you need to and feel free to suggest any others you think people may benefit from.
Feel free to comment on any of my posts, or interact with me on twitter/instagram (links below). It’s always nice to make new friends, meet like minded people and even have a healthy debate or two.
I work part time due to my mental health and chronic illness, and do not generate an income from my blog. If you would like to support me and my writing you can like, share or follow my blog.
If you really feel like it, you could ‘buy me a coffee’ using the link below. This will help me pay for the admin of the site and keep me following my dream. Although not expected, any support I receive will be very much appreciated.
